Additionally, if a user signs up with the intent of being paid for replying to messages, an account must also be created with our payment provider (currently Stripe). Please note that the management of such payment-related accounts is subject to the payment provider's own privacy policies.

Ridlme does not share any user data with third parties. All information is retained in-house and used solely for the purposes of delivering and enhancing our services.

Ridlme provides a Delete Account facility that allows users to remove their account and associated data. Upon account deletion, all profile pictures are removed and any provided information is anonymized. Please note, however, that profile pictures may remain visible on search engines and that accounts created with our payment provider will not be automatically deleted.
